Circles
Dark discoloration of the skin
under the eye is mainly referred to as dark circles. Dark circles not a serious
skin problem, but people often look for ways to get rid of dark circles as it usually
makes people look tired, exhausted unhealthy and old. You can easily get rid of
these dark circles using simple home remedies.
Almond oil massage:
Almond oil, a natural
ingredient which is very beneficial for the delicate skin around your eyes. Regular
usage of almond oil will lighten the skin color around the eyes.
Take a little almond oil and
apply it over the dark circles before going to bed and gently massage it. Leave
it overnight and wash it off with cold water the next morning. Follow this
remedy daily until the dark circles under the eyes disappear almost entirely.
Apart from almond oil, you can
also use vitamin E oil to eliminate dark patches of skin under the eyes.
Some of the common cause of
getting dark circles under eyes are aging, dryness of skin, too much crying,
working for long hours on the computer, mental or physical stress, lack of
sleep and unhealthy diet plan. Avoid all of these.
Eat healthy and drink more
water, as the precaution is always better that cure.
